Operations
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) oversees the Logistics and Training teams, working closely with the respective directors to achieve team goals, manage the teams’ integral contributions to FISH, and also provide guidance and support to the directors. As Logistics is responsible for all aspects of the FISH Trips, the COO oversees the maintenance of the inventory and the analysis of trip reports to improve the efficiency of all future trips. The COO helps manage expanding the scope of services FISH provides, as well as providing training and foundational health knowledge for all FISH members, both two key aspects of Training. In addition to the responsibilities of the Operations teams, the COO works closely with the all the other officers to provide vision and growth for FISH.
