The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) oversees Director of Administration and Director of Development. CFO manages all the finances in FISH, including maintaining 501(c)(3) non-profit organization status for federal and state government, filing annual 990 EZ tax reports, and communicating with UCSD FISH's finance officer. CFO ensures that Director of Administration properly manages Quickbooks and budgets for FISH. Also, CFO oversees Director of Development in obtaining sponsors, conducting fundraisers, writing grants, and organizing GALA. In addition to these responsibilities, the CFO also works closely with the all the other officers to provide sustained growth and expansion for FISH.
